An oenologist for 20 years in Bordeaux, Aymeric Roborel de Climens develops 100% French whiskies, matured in wine casks to give each edition a unique character, imbued with the flavor of grape varieties and terroirs. Our expertise: At the distillery, we select and blend the best whiskies to match each wine cask, giving a unique refining and an unrivalled finish. At the winemakers', choosing the best casks to enhance the maturation of your whiskies. Finally, when time has done its work, bottle gently, without cold filtration or coloring, to guarantee unrivalled freshness of flavor. Three whiskies are already available: Sauvignon, Merlot and Sémillon.


25€ per person for the tasting.
85€ per person for the blending workshop.

At La Carrière in Saint Emilion. Come and discover the world of a spirits refiner during a 1h30 tasting of 5 spirits. Or take part in a blending workshop to create your own whisky blend.
